Who we are

Rafa Serra

Rafa is founder and partner of Temps d’Oci Travel, and has over 25 years of experience in the tourism industry, making him an expert in teams and business management. He is managing director of all the companies of the Group: Temps d’Oci Incoming and Gruppit (Trips and activities for singles).

Montse Díaz

Montse loves both travelling and showing culture to visitors. She has years of experience in coordinating all kind of groups coming to Spain and has an eye for detail.
She’s a specialist in Saint James way and roundtrips.

Cynthia Cuvelier
Born in France, Cynthia is a lover of the Spanish culture. She has a wide experience working with groups and individuals.

Evelyn López
Evelyn specializes in new products and itineraries. She knows all the secrets of Spain and Portugal, and is professional and fun to work with.

Josep Lluis Abad
Josep is responsible for the sales and commercial department. He’s in charge of business relationships with providers and the company’s new products. His experience in working at several luxury hotel chains in Barcelona makes him an expert in the MICE world.
